This 1-hour or 1.5 hour remedial massage treatment at my Kelmscott studio is a combination of different techniques aimed to target problem regions of the body.
Muscles become tight and fixed for a variety of reasons including injury, posture, repetitive syndrome and STRESS.
Stress is unconsciously "held" in the body, in the muscles, organs and other soft tissue. It is in their memory.
Events or traumas which occurred years ago still impact us today. This results in a continuous cycle of repetitive treatments.
My goal is for a permanent release.
All muscles of the physical body are connected. The 1-hour treatment is a full body massage, it works to release problem regions, related muscles and the energy around them.
The 1.5-hour treatment is holistic, working on all bodies. Muscles are released, energy fields are cleared, and chakras are energised and balanced. For complete healing to occur THEY HAVE TO BE!!
